Best clinic I’ve been to in a long time!! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!! Doctors take their time to answer your questions and I never feel rushed or pressured to do treatments. All staff are so kind and sweet to my kitties and doggo. Makes bringing my whole crew to the vet so much more easier. If you’re looking for a compassionate vet and team this is it!
So happy that we found this vet, as we weren’t pleased with our previous clinic. The staff and vets here clearly love animals as they always show our pup such affectionate care. I also appreciate that they don’t automatically order all of the expensive tests when you go in with a concern. Feels like they are not taking advantage of us like many other clinics. Looking forward to years of care for Willow and our older dog by them!
Today, I visited the clinic with my dog Bailey for his first appointment, and I’m pleased with our decision to switch veterinarians to Dr. Jassal and his team. Dr. Jassal is very kind and you can tell how passionate he is about caring for animals. Raquel at reception is super nice as well. Would recommend!
I am so happy to have found Dr Jassal. He and his staff go out of their way to accommodate my 4 yr old lab/collie mix. She has been attacked and has stress around other dogs. She was also abused before I got her so she is not the most trusting. Her experience at Toronto Vet Clinic has been so positive that she absolutely loves them. On our daily walks she tries to drag me there to visit every day. When I do give in and let here go in just to say Hello, she is always welcomed very warmly. Dr Jassal is also very knowledgeable and willing to listen to and address any concerns you may have.
He has even called me on a Sunday to give me test results. It is a pleasure to have a vet that my dog actually wants to go to instead of fighting at the door that she is not going in. Their prices are also very reasonable. I have been referring all of my friends to them. I can not say enough good things about this clinic.
I have been to many vets in the past, and Toronto Veterinary Clinic was BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff was welcoming, flexible with appointment times, and transparent with fees. Our vet was encouraging and nonjudgmental about how I’m caring for my cat, and gave realistic suggestions on how to improve her quality of life. The examination was incredibly thorough and everyone was receptive to questions.
Our vet was honest about what treatments were and weren’t worth pursuing. It was clear that the clinic really cares about pets and their parents and isn’t just in it for the financial shakedown.
10/10 will be recommending to anyone looking for a quality and affordable vet in Toronto.
